LarryTrustee AI provides trust-kit document workflows. Trust-form PDF downloads/printing are gated to purchased users only after full packet completion. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information We Collect

• Account details such as full name, email address, and secure login credential records.
• Trust form content entered by the user while completing packet documents.
• Subscription and purchase entitlement status from authorized billing providers.
• Internal account identifiers used to manage authentication and access control.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve the LarryTrustee AI services.
• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, and customer support.
• Process trust-kit form activity and document-download workflows requested by the user.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform terms.

Tracking and Advertising

• Data is not used for third-party advertising.
• Data is not sold.
• Data is not used for cross-app tracking.

Billing Data Scope

LarryTrustee AI does not store full payment card numbers in this application. Payment processing is handled by authorized billing providers (for example, Stripe and native store billing systems), and only purchase status needed for entitlement unlock is retained in app workflows.

LT Shield Wallet — Zero Data Collection

The LT Shield Wallet application collects zero information about your wallet, transactions, balances, addresses, or blockchain activity. Specifically:

• Seed phrases are NEVER stored — not on the device, not in the cloud, not anywhere. Your seed phrase is shown once during wallet creation, verified word-by-word, then permanently wiped from memory. Only public addresses are stored locally for balance display.
• Private keys are NEVER stored. They are derived momentarily when needed for transaction signing (after password or biometric authentication), then immediately wiped from memory.
• No iOS Keychain, no cloud storage, no browser storage is used for any secrets. Public addresses are stored in the app's local sandbox only. If the app is deleted, the user must re-enter their seed phrase to recover.
• Transaction signing requires password or biometric authentication. The seed phrase is never required again after initial setup unless the app is deleted and reinstalled.
• No wallet addresses, balances, or transaction history are transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by LarryTrustee AI servers.
• No analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind is performed within the wallet application.
• No blockchain RPC calls are proxied through our infrastructure. All network requests go directly from your device to public blockchain nodes.
• Multi-chain addresses (LTRST Chain, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and all other supported chains) are derived deterministically from your seed phrase on-device each session. We have no record of which chains you use.
• ZK privacy shielding, ghost mode, and stealth addresses operate entirely on-device. No metadata about your privacy settings is collected.
• No cloud backups of wallet data are created. If you lose your device without your recovery phrase, your funds are unrecoverable — by design.

In summary: we cannot see your wallet, we cannot access your keys, and we collect nothing. Your financial privacy is absolute.

Retention

Account and trust-form records are retained while the account remains active or as required for legal, security, and compliance obligations. Users may request account-level privacy support via the contact address below.
